Conditioning Life-long Consumers, brought to you by the Public School System

Do you want to condition your children to feel "joy and independence" through shopping?  Do you want to be sure that for their entire life, your kids will relate "good feelings" through shopping?  Do you want to be sure that your children will grow up tying feelings of holiday sentiment and nostalgic in with handing over their cash for useless plastic?  Fear not - the Public School System has worked this into the curriculum!

The school argues that this shopping experience builds independence and pride in the kids.
My kids came home from school the other day all excited that all week long, they can get out of class to participate in this.  This is pretty obvious conditioning. Creating Child Consumers for life that will relate shopping with Pride, Fun and the "gift of giving”.
