Sociocyberneering by Jacque Fresco

A true revolution that generates real progress must be one BEYOND anything contemporary human beings can fathom. This is most likely why all revolutions to date, only end in dictatorships or just more of the same. The privileged always come to exploit the underprivileged. Sociocyberneering, a term coined by Jacque Fresco, seeks to transcend this cycle and bring humanity to its next stage. Changes like this undoubtedly frighten most people, as (real) change often does. But no matter what your position of thought is on the theories behind Sociocyberneering, it is well worth having the open-mind enough to at least hear this argument made and to consider the possibilities therein.

Many find Jacque Freso to be a "mad scientist", a technocrat, or even a harbinger of a science fiction-like dystopia. But whatever is said to describe the man and his theories, INCONSISTENT is certainly not one of them (you can view his interview with Larry King from 1974 below).
