On Wed, Jun 29, 2011, The Christian Science Monitor published a short article by Howard LaFranchi titled, "US unveils new counter-terrorism strategy: three key parts"

The short article outlines how the new counter-terrorism strategy replaces one from 2006 and calls for pursuing with ‘laser focus’ on potential terrorists living here in the U.S.
