The groundwork has already been laid for the CO2 emissions market here in the states, we are following the rules of the Kyoto Protocol to a tee. With the UNFCCC framework putting burden on more developed nations, it would probably make sense to get this NAU thing in effect so that the US can share this burden with Mexico/ Canada. And reap the rewards of free trade with anything coming out of them.

They took control of industry through the senate playing with profits through duty reductions and suspensions. More efficient way to control industry: no one's gonna do anything without CO2. They are taking control of information with the Cybersecurity bill. They are taking the health insurance industry - they got the banks/transfers and trade. what else is left. oh the food modernization act - they control where we get our food and how it is grown.
i keep seeing a bunch of crap about gold and gold value rising. who the fuck wants gold? if the empire came crashing down, would there be some group of people running around with a lust for gold? I want all the gold in the world cause it's so pretty! it makes pretty bracelets and rings? really? because its shiny AND yellow? that's why we like it so much. most things are either shiny OR yellow, but rarely both.
